I got guest room for 1 night, really enjoyed it. All the staff was affable and responsive, solved my issues.

i arrived at richmond house lodge and unfortunately there was no one on site to meet me. i tried calling but no answer. luckily, after around 20 minutes, another guest who arrived at the same time managed to get through to someone and we were able to check-in. despite the initial inconvenience, i was able to spend the night.
There was nothing i didn't like about my stay 😊

We arrived at Richmond House Lodge and unfortunately there was no one on site to meet us. We tried calling but there was no response. after waiting for about 20 minutes, another guest who arrived at the same time managed to get through to someone. We were finally able to check-in and spend the night. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.
